Daniel Manyemwe Appointed as Entelect’s New Chief Customer Officer

Entelect proudly introduces Daniel Manyemwe as the newly appointed Chief Customer Officer (CCO). Daniel's mandate is to steer Entelect's mission towards strengthening partnerships and leading the industry in the domains of customer service, agility, and ease of doing business.

Shashi Hansjee, the CEO of Entelect, expressed, “Having joined our company in 2011, Daniel has been an integral part of our team for over a decade. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, most recently as our General Manager, where he played a pivotal role in establishing crucial relationships with our most significant clients and expertly maturing our operational framework.”

In his new role as CCO, Daniel will provide executive oversight exclusively for key clients, prioritising high-touch customer service and leading the account executive team. His extensive knowledge in end-to-end technology delivery and strategic partnerships, combined with his comprehensive understanding of Entelect's capabilities, uniquely positions him to support Entelect's customers in their major digital initiatives in the coming years.

A graduate of the University of Cape Town with a BSc in IT and computer engineering in 2007, Daniel has been a part of the Entelect family for more than a decade, seven of which he spent in senior leadership positions. Entelect strongly believes in cultivating and nurturing talent from within the organisation, as exemplified by its senior leadership, many of whom launched their careers at Entelect.

Hansjee further remarked, “Manyemwe has significantly contributed to Entelect's growth by fostering relationships rooted in trust and excellence. The testament to his impact is the impressive quantity and quality of relationships he maintains within Entelect's customer base. This move to join the executive team in this capacity is a natural progression, and I eagerly anticipate his continued success.”
